Bruce Creger: CEO of Safco LLC. Jointly purchased business in 1973, that is Safco today Previously VP of Product Specialties, Inc., Manager of Product Planning for the Instrument Division of Stewart Warner Corp., Systems Integration Manager at ITT overseeing the Atlas and Titan Weapon Systems, and Program Manager for Airborne Command Post of Strategic Air Command (SAC). Bruce holds a B.S. degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin and an M.B.A. from the University of Chicago .
Richard Wharton: President of Safco LLC. Jointly purchased business in 1973, that is Safco today. Focused on invention and innovation, he holds more than 20 U.S. patents. Previously Sales Manager of Spiroid Division of Illinois Tool Works, numerous engineering & sales positions at Stewart Warner Corporation, R&D at Bendix Corporation and Liaison Engineer of the Hamilton Standard Division of United AirCraft Corporation. Richard holds a B.S. degree from the University of Illinois and advanced education at the Illinois Institute of Technology. He served in the 82 nd Airborne Division.
Nelson Head: Acquired a partnership interest in Safco on August 2004. Most recently Mr. Head was President of IMS Companies, LLC a holding company overseeing business units manufacturing robotically machine gears, wire harnesses, custom cables, stamped metal parts and sheet metal enclosures. Prior to IMS, Mr. Head co-founded Parson Group, a start-up finance and accounting consulting firm that was named the #1 Fastest Growing Private Company in 2000 by Inc . magazine. Mr. Head served as Vice President of The Hirsh Company and has held various positions in banking and private equity. He received an undergraduate degree in engineering from Vanderbilt University and a Masters of Management from the J.L Kellogg Graduate School of Management.
